This Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate the sale of home décor and design products, and the booking of interior design and kitchen/bath design services. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by any third party.
2. Design Services
Landolac Designs provides kitchen, bath, and full-home interior design services, including consultations, material and cabinetry selection, and project coordination. Scope of work, pricing, deposits, and timelines for design services are outlined individually in each client's signed design agreement or proposal, which governs the specific engagement. These Terms apply generally to your use of the Site and do not replace or override the terms of a signed client agreement.
3. Online Store ("Shop the Edit")Products sold through our online store are offered subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, descriptions, and images, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order arising from that error and will notify you if this occurs.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase for online store orders, or as outlined in your signed design services agreement for design and consultation services. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout or in your agreement.
5. Shipping
Shipping timeframes and costs for online store purchases are provided at checkout and may vary by product and vendor. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds for online store purchases are governed by our [Returns Policy](https://www.landolacdesigns.com/contact-9). Design services are governed by the cancellation and refund terms outlined in your individual client agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
